Dog boarding in Fairfield, Licking & Perry Counties

A home away from home for your dog, in Central Ohio.

Dogs stay in our home and become part of the household while they're here. They get attention, playtime, enrichment, plenty of outside time, and probably way too many pictures sent to their owners.

Emmie and her husband Steff, who run in-home dog boarding, under a tree on the farm

Hi, I'm Emmie

Dogs are a pretty big part of my life.

Between my own dogs, years of training, and 12 years working in veterinary medicine, I've spent a LOT of time around dogs. My husband Steff and I board dogs right here at the farm, in our home.

I'm comfortable with dogs who need a little extra attention, have special routines, take daily medications or injections, or aren't exactly social butterflies. Every dog is different, and I'm happy to work with them as individuals.

  • 12 years in vet medicine
  • Years of dog training
  • Meds and injections OK
  • Fully insured

How a stay works

It's a home, not a commercial kennel, so it's less stressful and more fun than a typical boarding facility.

2 to 3 dogs, max

Small on purpose, so every dog gets real attention and is treated like one of our own.

Crate and rotate

Everybody gets time inside, outside, and decompression time in a kennel. We just rotate. Your dog only socializes if you want them to, and only with friendly dogs.

Pickup and drop-off

Life is busy. If you'd rather not make the trip, we can pick up and drop off. One less thing to worry about.
